Baking History
Graham's Bakery is a small, professional bakery with a huge passion for creating a wide variety of high quality bread products and teaching the skills required to make them.
We have now sold our Bakery premises so are unable to provide in person courses unless you have a suitable venue.
Our courses are in the process of being transferred in to an online format and most are already available at www.breadcourses.com. More courses will be added in the future.
We are still able to provide consultancy and ingredients to local customers.
Courses suitable for novices and experienced bakers that take the participants beyond just following recipes.
Based in the beautiful county of Gloucestershire, we are located near J12 of the M5.
Taught by traditional bakers these lessons run throughout the year on all days of the week.
News Update
For 8 years we have been running the best reviewed and in our opinion the best bread making courses (aimed at students that wish to learn to make the products).
Unfortunately we have not managed to make a sustainable profit so the bakery has been put on the market, Less than £20k, if your interested please email grahamsbakery@virginmedia.com.
While we are looking for a buyer we will be running a few courses in order to cover our costs.
This could be your last chance to attend one of these fantastic courses so book early.
In the event that a buyer is not found then we will close unless we can continue in a more profitable manner;
To run at a rate that would allow Graham to achieve near minimum wage the course prices would have to rise considerably.
During this interim period we will be seeing if there is a market for our courses at these prices.
Our courses will remain at or below the average price of this type of course with our competitors and the quality of our teaching will not change.
We believe that our courses remain the best value way of learning to make baked goods available.
