Start the day with some freshly baked cookies, locally ground and roasted coffee or a pot of tea, a range of fresh juices, fruit teas etc. maybe even some fresh Brioche or danish pastries
We will keep you topped up with drinks throughout the day.
During the day you will make approximately 18 danish pastries to take home - made entirely by you individually from weighing the ingredients to packing them at the end it's all your own work (we work the ovens but the rest is entirely yours)
On this basic course we give you the simplest and easiest method of producing commercial quality Danish pastries using the ingredients suggested. you will be shown how to produce arange of different varieties and the you can produce any combination of those demonstrated. varieties will include, Cinnamon Swirls, Bear's Claws, Envelopes, pockets& Pinwheels using different fillings and fruit or toppings.

A basic Danish pastries course no previous experience necessary.
Graham will take you through producing flaky laminated Danish pastry dough and the production of several different varieties of finished pastry, including Cinnamon swirls, Bear's claws and a range of Envelopes, Pinwheels & Pockets with different fillings and toppings.
Everything is made entirely by the participant from weighing ingredients right through to packing (Graham just loads the ovens for you) so when you go home you can be confident in recreating these products.
Recipe cards to take home are supplied.
