This course is only open to people who have previously attended a qualifying course at Graham's Bakery (qualifying courses are any course " Basics", "Fundamentals" or "exclusive" but excludes "Basics" if attended after August 2016)
Furher develop your skills as you learn to make your own Soft Rolls such as baps and finger rolls for your barbecue, soft round rolls for your packed lunches and picnics and fancy knotted and seeded rolls for that added wow factor at any function from a luncheon to a wedding.
You will also make a range of Buns that could include (you choose) Chelsea Buns, Iced Buns, Fruit Loaves, Cinnamon Swirls, Belgian (Snail) Buns, Fruit Buns, Tea cakes and even LARDY CAKES! (all products can be made vegan if required)
