Suitable for the complete novice. 

During this course you will create 2 tin loaves.  You will learn how to use your senses to judge when the doughs are mixed, fermented, proved and baked. You gain moulding skills from a real baker that allows you to create bold and shapely loaves with good crumb structure.

This course uses commercial size 1lb loaf tins (domestic 1lb loaf tins are different in size and shape , they will work but you may have issues with size)
