I cannot recommend this enough. If you are thinking of buying one definitely do it! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, all the ingredients were weighed out ready and presented in a lovely box. This would make a perfect gift although we bought this for ourselves as an activity to do together on a day off recently. We were so happy with the results, we couldn’t believe that they turned out just like the rolls in the photo. We will be purchasing some of the other courses soon and are looking forward to bbq season for an excuse to make more of these lovely rolls.

Makes lovely rolls. We used fresh yeast so it would be really helpful to know if there is any change to the recipe or process if dried yeast is used.
