Graham will guide you through the production of the croissants and the cookies with step by step demonstrations.
During the day you will be making these products entirely yourself (Graham will put them in and out of the oven but the rest is entirely done by you) and by the end of the day you should have produced between 10 and 20 croissant / Pain au Chocolate (or a mix of both) and about 30 cookies
We will keep the refreshments available throughout the day with fresh tea, coffee, juices and plenty of nibbles such as freshly baked cookies, croissant, pain au choc maybe even some brioche or panettone
apron, ingredients, recipe cards etc. provided but please bring tupperware/ biscuit tins etc. to pack your goodies in at the end of the day (containers equal in size to about 3 or 4 quality street tins!)
Courses start at 10AM prompt with arrival at 09:30 recommended.
This course is expected to finish at about 3:00pm
A deposit of £10 can secure a place on this course, just email asking to be booked on to the date required and we will send payment details in due course.
