Suitable for the complete novice and those with previous experience who have less time during their day.
Graham will take you from a complete novice or recipe follower to a level of competency and understanding that will allow you to create your own recipes to achieve the bread qualities of your personal preferences.
During this course you will create both white and wholemeal breads as tin loaves and as oven bottom crusty types. While producing these doughs Graham will explain the ingredients involved and how the differing quantities produce different qualities in the finished product. You will learn how to use your senses to judge when the doughs are mixed, fermented, proved and baked. You gain moulding skills from a real baker that allows you to create bold and shapely loaves with good crumb structure.
Courses run from 9.30am to 6pm.

By taking your booking for a course Graham’s Bakery will provide that space on the booked course to the customer.
The space on the course will no longer be available to purchase by any other party, Graham’s Bakery will refuse to sell that space to any other party.
If Graham’s Bakery cancels the course then a full refund will be offered N.B. Graham’s bakery takes its responsibility to fulfil its contract to provide the space on the course very seriously and has never cancelled a participant’s space on a course (excepting in the case of Covid-19).

If the customer chooses to cancel their space (regardless of reason) then no refund will be given.
At Graham’s Bakery’s discretion a partial refund may be issued, Provided that the spaces on that dates course can be filled without price reductions.
You are advised to take out separate insurance such as travel insurance to cover any cancellations.

Vouchers hold no monetary value, no refunds will be given for expired or unused vouchers. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy themselves that sufficient choices of dates are available prior to purchase
