This course covers Artisan Sourdough bread and Sourdough Pizza, the course will cover keeping the mother, mixing, proving, moulding, baking etc.
Courses times will vary greatly but are expected to run from 9.00 to 16:00

The course starts with a full explanation followed by the practical side, all in an a great productive day, and you get to eat the efforts you have put in all in all a well worth while course if you enjoy Sourdough Bread as I do.l
