This course is only open to people who have previously attended qualifying course at Graham's Bakery (qualifying courses are any course " Basics", "Fundamentals" or "exclusive" but excludes "Basics" if attended after August 2016)
Furher develop your skills as you learn to make a 100% light Rye loaf and 3 types of 100% Spelt loaf.
You will make white and wholemeal spelt in tin and oven bottom varieties.
These flours are said to be more digestible than normal wheat and can be beneficial for many different digestive related conditions.
